No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Personal PreferenceAll items in this store are custom-made-to-order specifically for you upon purchase. Due to the personalized, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
- The item not meeting your personal expectations (e.g., "it doesn't look like I imagined," "the fabric feels different," or "I don't like it anymore")
- Minor variations in color or placement that are inherent to the printing process (colors may appear slightly different on screen vs. in person due to monitor settings and printing materials)
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, size charts, material details, and mockup images carefully before placing your order. Once an order is submitted to production, it cannot be altered or canceled.Returns Accepted Only for Defects or DamageWe stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described due to a printing/manufacturing error, we will gladly provide a free replacement or full refund (at our discretion).Eligible issues include, but are not limited to:
- Printing errors (e.g., misaligned design, blurred print, incorrect artwork)
- Material defects (e.g., holes, tears, or stitching issues present upon arrival)
- Damage incurred during shipping (e.g., stained, crushed, or broken items)
How to Report a Defect/Damage:
- Contact us at memedrop@proton.me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue.
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the problem.
- Do not return the item unless specifically instructed—in most cases, we will issue a reprint or refund without requiring a return, as custom items cannot be restocked.
We reserve the right to request additional information or photos to verify the claim. Approved resolutions will be processed promptly.Non-Qualifying Issues:
- Normal wear and tear after use
- Damage caused by washing, improper care, or customer mishandling
- Issues reported after the 7-day window
